neuropathy in legs

Hi everyone, I am Frans from the Netherlands and currently I am treating a woman for Neuropathy in her legs. Quantum Touch works, but I also want to use MMS: exactly how should I proceed? Do I work her legs on the outside and if so what should be the correct percentage of MMS and clean/distilled water? Should I consider adding DMSO or not? I do not want her to start taking it orally....yet. Is it possible to treat the legs externally? I'm sure someone will be able to help you here. I am a beginner at this and also would like some help with Neuropathy in my toes due to a tractor mishap. I have tried a couple applications of DMSO and some frequencies on a "Rife" machine with no help so I would like to try MMS. This is not a serious problem with me, now anyway. Steve
