Can you explain me please how mms removing heavy metals ?

i cant find any info explaining exactly how  mms removing and detoxing your body from heavy metals

i have been poisoned by the  amalgam  fillings and i rly want to cure myself after im aware  .

 

I don't have a detailed explanation, but in addition to using MMS I would also start using Horsetail - Mike Adams says it get's rid of metals.
