I purchased dmso pharmaceutical grade. Do I need to reduce it down for protocol 1000+?

As far as I know, no, you don't need to dilute it.
You are only taking 3 drops maximum for every 1 drop of MMS1 on Protocol 1000+.

When applying to skin and so on then you must dilute.
