In this video, we see the actual inside of the Magistrates' Court in Cwmbran, Wales during a hearing on non-payment of Council Tax (unlawful local gov't. tax). The Lay Adviser to the summoned "person" controls the court for a very long time, and dismisses the "case." Highly recommended
